Country Gravy
- Grease from bacon or breakfast sausage
- flour
- milk
- salt & pepper
- Heat grease to simmer in fry pan.
- Add enough flour to absorb grease.
- Return to simmer.
- Add salt & pepper for flavor and to prevent lumping.
- Stir continuously.
- Add milk. May need to increase heat slightly.
- Add additional milk as necessary to avoid lumping.
